2024.  What a season.  When reflecting on this year, it’s almost hard to comprehend all that we accomplished.  The amount of pressure on this year’s team was immense.  Not just the pressure from the outside - high preseason rankings, becoming more of the hunted as opposed to the hunters, but also the high level of pressure that came from the team itself in terms of setting super high goals.  When asked how we were going to replace 3 all-staters and 11 seniors from last year’s team, our answer was always, we’ll just get back to work.  This team really took on the attitude of, no matter what happened on Friday, we’ll get back to work on Monday.  That seemed to fit this group very well.   - COACH SMITH
